Everything you need to send with confidence

Built for the mail your business depends on, with the controls you would expect from the big names.

Your own domain

Send as hello@yourshop.com, not from someone else's address. We show the exact DNS records to add and check them for you.

Signed and trusted

Every domain gets its own DKIM key, so receiving servers can verify that your mail really came from you.

See every message

A live activity log shows each recipient's status, with the reason when something bounces. Search by address, subject or date.

SMTP or API

Plug in an SMTP login the way any mail app does, or call a simple HTTP API from your code. Attachments and HTML are supported.

Protects your reputation

Addresses that bounce permanently are suppressed automatically, so you stop sending to dead mailboxes and keep your standing with inboxes.

Webhooks

Get a signed notification at your own address the moment a message is delivered, delayed or bounced, and react in your own system.

Up and running in three steps

Most teams finish in under half an hour, apart from waiting for DNS.

  1. 1

    Create an account

Tell us who you are and what you will send. We review each new account before sending is switched on.

  2. 2

    Add your domain

Copy three DNS records to your domain. We check them and tell you when you are ready.

  3. 3

    Start sending

Create an SMTP login or API key, drop it into your website or app, and send.

Made to be easy to connect

Use whichever fits. Both go through the same checks, limits and activity log.

  • SMTP. Works with WordPress, Laravel, Django, Node, mail clients and anything else that can send email.
  • HTTP API. JSON in, message id out. List messages, check status and manage your suppression list.
  • Clear errors. If a message is refused, you are told why: unverified domain, limit reached or blocked address.

Questions

What can I send?

Mail your customers expect: receipts, confirmations, password resets, invoices, notices and newsletters to people who signed up for them. Purchased lists and unsolicited mail are not allowed, and accounts that send them are paused.

Why is each account reviewed?

Every company here shares the same sending reputation. A quick look at who is joining keeps mail reaching inboxes for all of us.

Do I need to change my DNS?

Yes, once. You add a DKIM record, which proves the domain is yours, plus SPF and DMARC records that help inboxes trust your mail. The dashboard shows each one and checks it for you.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Invite colleagues from the Team page. Owners manage domains and keys, members can view activity.

What happens when a message bounces?

You see the reason in the activity log, and if the address permanently fails it is added to your suppression list so you do not keep sending to it.

How do I get help?

Sign in and reach us through the details on your account, or reply to any e-mail we send you.
